Judge denied Megan Boswell's lawyer's requests to lower her $25,000 to $10,000
Megan Boswell won’t be getting out of jail anytime soon because the judge in her case decided it was best to deny her lawyer’s requests to lower her $25,000 bond to $10,000. The judge doesn’t take too kindly to the fact that Boswell is giving the state and local police the runaround about everything from where she lives to what happened to her toddler daughter, Evelyn Mae Boswell.

And folks, y’all know y’all selves that it’s just not a good look when you start giving the police and the courts your mama and daddy address when you really don’t live there. That’s something criminals do. That’s why the police and the judge look at folks, like Megan Boswell, with the side eye. The police and judge be like, “Why is this woman lying about where she eats and sleeps at?” Lying about where you live is just something that normal and innocent folks don’t do.
Another thing that normal and innocent folks don’t do is wait almost two months, heck they aren’t going to wait two seconds, to report that their 15-month-old toddler is missing. Let a toddler get out of his or her parents’ sight for a nanosecond. Those parents will tear up the dairy aisle just to find their little one.
Megan Boswell, unh-unh. Evidence is the only thing she tore up, “allegedly.” Now, she’s sitting in jail because she can’t make bail. She can’t get help from her mama, Angela Boswell, or her mama’s ol’ man, William McCloud , because they don’t have the money to get her out. Plus, Angela Boswell is keeping a jail bed warm due to her backing up her daughter’s alleged lies about where Evelyn Mae Boswell is and if she still is.

Now, I know that Angela Boswell has allegedly lied on behalf of her daughter. But, Angela Boswell seems like the type that at the end of the day she’s going to do what is best for her. And what’s best for her is to shave as much time off her prison sentence as she can.
Along with this case, Angela Boswell has a probation violation case in Kingsport County and a theft case in Sullivan County. This means there’s a real good chance that all of those cases could add up to a lengthy prison sentence for Angela Boswell.
Therefore, being the alleged criminal that she is, Angela Boswell will throw her daughter, Megan Boswell, under the bus just so she (Angela Boswell) can play “Let’s Make A Deal” with the DA in order to get on the train to the earliest stop to “Freedom Town.”
